Richard Huth

Today we honor our beloved son, brother, husband, father and grandfather; Richard Allen Huth. Whose earthly journey came to an end, June 25, 2018, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born & raised in Hampton, VA he was one of 5 children born to the late, Robert Allen Huth, Sr. & surviving mother, Gloria Wroten Huth. Rics artistic talents surfaced early, through drawing & music. He was lead vocalist with such bands as: PROPHITT, NOISE R' US, ALCATRAZ & SIGNS OF LIFE. He was also known to many as "The Glassman!" Installing auto & boat glass for decades for companies such as Danny's Glass, Precision Glass and River Glass.

He is survived by a sister Peggy & Kenneth Schiedler; nieces, Amy, Stephanie & Rene Ramirez; brother, Robert Huth, Jr., wife Sherry & nieces, Brittany and Lisa. Sister Pam & Ed Wilcyzski & nephews, Miles & Ed & Ed's family. Sister Deb & nephews, Chris & Cole. By wife, Sharee Huth & beloved son, Matthew Traft-Huth. Along with step-children, Tim Haase & granddaughter Liz, Clayton Leager & granddaughter, Hailey bug, Andrew Leager, Lyndsey Leager. As well as extended family members & friends.

He has touched many lives through his work & talents. We are comforted with the knowledge, of his acceptance of the LORD months ago. And the peace he felt, knowing Heaven as his eternal home.

A Memorial Service will be held in his family home, 6265 Main St., Gloucester, VA on Saturday, June 30, 2018 @ 1pm. Faulkner Funeral Home, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, VA is assisting the family.
