Robert Martin

Robert T. Martin, 79, of Mathews County, formerly of Chesterfield passed away at his home on Sunday, December 4, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Elizabeth Martin. Robert was retired from the Defense Supply Center, Richmond, Virginia. He is survived by his sister Cheryl Harwell (Jerry) of Chester; his brother James Martin (Dale) of Cobbs Creek; 2 nephews; 2 nieces, 6 great-nephews and 4 great-nieces and a devoted friend Sig Langschultz. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at Kingston Parish, 370 Main Street, Mathews, Virginia. Burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mathews Vol. Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 723, Mathews, Virginia 23109.
