Roy C. Bruce, 72, of Mathews, Virginia passed away on September 6, 2013. A private graveside service was held on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 1:30 pm in Pear Tree Cemetery, Onemo, Virginia. Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
