Stanford Ray Beebe, 83, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at his sons home on Gwynn's Island, Virginia. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, May 20th. at noon at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, Maryland. Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia is in charge of the arrangements.
