Stanley Sutor

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stanley Sutor on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, after a brief illness. Born in Poland on November 5, 1942, he arrived through Ellis Island, NY at the age of 16. Following a career in masonry for the Township of West Orange, NJ, he retired in Middlesex County, Virginia. Stan is preceded in death by his wife Maria and many siblings. He is survived by a brother, Robert Vigeant; daughters, Joanne (Kevin) and Krystyna (Richard); grandchildren, Colleen, Jack, Bryan, Erik, and Connor. He was never seen far from his furry sidekicks Mocha and Charlie. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda. A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private. A memorial service will be held in New Jersey at a later date.
