Susie W. Wilson

Mrs. Susie W. Wilson, 95, passed away on December 1, 2023.  Mrs. Wilson was born February 7, 1928, to the late Linwood and Susie Willis.

Mrs. Wilson was a graduate of Newport News High School.  During her working career, she was a supervisor with C & P Telephone Company and retired after thirty years. Susie enjoyed cooking, baking, going out to eat, planting flowers, bushes and trees, gardening, and shopping.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her sons, Michael J. Conrad and Steven A. Conrad and his wife Beth; grandchildren, Shaun (Cortney), Craig (Monique) and Ashley (Jay); great grandchildren, Hailey, Julia, Sopia, Jayton, C.J., Everly, Everhett, Kaelie and Kenadie; stepchildren, Robert, Louis and Terry Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Fred M. Wilson.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at New Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dey officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery.
