Thelma Rose Hurst, 86, of Bavon, Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at her home. She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Davis (Hoopy); a granddaughter, Lana Booth (James); two great-granddaughters, Makayla and McKenzie Booth; and a very special nephew, Wayne Hudgins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 6-7:30pm at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:00am in the Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Susan, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Mathews Vol. Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 723, Mathews, VA 23109 or to the Mathews Vol. Fire Dept., P.O. Box 1130, Mathews, VA 23109.
