Vernelle Foster

Vernelle S. Foster, age 91, of Hartfield died Thursday, April 23, 2015. She was the widow of Johnnie Weldon Foster. Survived by her children, Laura F. Hudgins (Hart), Edith M. Tarrant (Buddy), Johnnie Foster (Temple); sisters, Jeanette Armstead and Nellie “Sissie” Foster, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great great grandsons. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at River of life Church, Topping. Interment will be in Lower United Methodist Church Cemetery, Hartfield. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church. Arrangements by Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda.
