Vivian Russell

Vivian Treakle Russell passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2013. Born on March of 1923, she was raised in Norfolk and had lived in Mathews since 1976. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Dan Russell; sons, David and Terry; daughter, Jeanette, and granddaughter, Laura. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Westville Baptist Church following the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Memorials may be made to the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 723, Mathews, VA 23109 and or to the Mathews Volunteer Fire Dept.. P.O. Box 1130, Mathews, VA 23109. Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia is in charge of the arrangements.
