Wanda Lumblo

Wanda Lumblo,71, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at her home, in Church View, Virginia. She was born to Ralph Osborne and Alma Bobbit on July 6, 1953, in Winston Salem, North Carolina. 

She loved her family more than anything! She also loved summertime, gardening outside, word search puzzles and traditional puzzles, fishing, and tanning on the beach even though she could not swim. Wanda worked many jobs, including waitressing, working construction, babysitting, cleaning houses, managing restaurants and small stores in town, a production worker making books, and even hotel maintenance and housekeeping. She greatly enjoyed cooking and we were blessed that she baked and decorated all of our birthday cakes.

She is predeceased by her parents; her daughter, Krystal Campbell; her brother, Roger Osborne; close friends, Donnie and Peggy.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 36 years, Gary Lumblo; daughters, Lisa Baylor (Keith) and Jessica Davis (Jermaine); grandchildren, Joseph Campbell, Zayvion and Honesty Davis; great-grandchild, Aubrey Campbell; sisters, Juanita Osbourne, Leona Smith and Joyce Hare all of Spotsylvania, Virginia and Nancy Osbourne of Virginia; a brother, Mack Osborne and her fur baby, Levi. She is also survived by her close friends, Paul and Mary White, Lana Bakker, and Beverly.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Faulkner-Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service in the chapel.
