Wayland Crockett

Wayland Rogers Crockett, Sr., 92, of Port Haywood, VA went to his eternal home on Friday, January 25, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian; son, Charles; grandson, Charles, Jr.; son-in-law Ray Hicks and a great-grandson Ethan Fletcher. He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Hicks of Poquoson, VA, Birdie Riggs (Mike) of Port Haywood, VA; sons, Pete (Sarah) Crockett of Mathews, VA, Robert (Kathy) Crockett of Gloucester, VA; a sister, Alberta Flowers of Seaford, VA; 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 4-5:30pm at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, VA. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 2:00pm at St. Paul Annex, Susan, VA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the New Point Friends Church.
