Willard J. “Rock” Council, age 54 of Deltaville formerly of Chesterfield,VA died Friday March 16, 2012 at his home. He was owner of W.J. Council Contracting and co-owner of The Crabby Couple Gift Shop in Deltaville. He is survived by his wife Cindy Lou Council, his father Willard Lee Council and sister Julia Marie Council both of Chesterfield. Rock was a true lover of life who enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, many friends and especially Shrimp Burger Council. Memorial services will be held 12:00 Noon Tuesday, March 20 at Clarksbury United Methodist Church, Deltaville. A reception will be held following the service at his home. Funeral arrangements byBristow-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Saluda.
