William "Bill" Stevens

William E. “Bill” Stevens, 65, of Center Cross passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020. Bill was lifelong farmer and loved the land of Linden Hall Farm. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Winder; his mother, Louise Stevens; and father, William Crawford Seward.

Bill is survived by his daughters, Emily Stevens of Tappahannock and Billie Jo Stevens ; his granddaughter, Grace Sandy; his companion Wanda Brooks; devoted feline, Ed; three brothers John Wesley Stevens, Jr. of Locust Hill, R. Allen Stevens of Dunnsville and Kenneth T. Stevens of Mechanicsville.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2020 in the Faulkner Funeral Home, Marks-Bristow Chapel Tappahannock. Please be advised that current state guidelines will apply to all in attendance, including social distancing and appropriate face covering. Funeral services will be private.
