William Elton "Billy" Brown, 65, passed away on February 17, 2015. Billy was a former employee as ship fitter at NNSY&DDCO. He was predeceased by his companion Margie Hudgins, his parents Elton and Novella Brown, and his brother Bobby Brown.
He is survived by his daughter Misty Stotesbury; brothers Mickey Brown (Barbara) and Wayne Brown (Christy), sister-in-law Dana Brown; several grandchildren; and extended family Jason South, Pam Niblet, Sharon and Charlie South, Edison and Debbie Hudgins, and special companion, Ziggie, his dog.
A memorial service will be held at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia, on Sunday, February 22, 2015, at 3 p.m. Visitation will follow until 4:30 p.m.
Contributions may be made to the Gloucester and Mathews Humane Society, Post Office Box 385, Gloucester, Virginia 23061.
