William Ray

William Glenn Ray, Jr., 74, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018. He was a native of Gwynn's Island, Virginia in Mathews County and a resident of Dade City, Florida since 2004. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years. He worked as a waterman and a truck driver.

He is predeceased by his wife, Ruth Anne Ray and his parents, Mr. & Mrs. William Glenn Ray, Sr., and a sister, Kathleen Ray. He is survived by two brothers, James Ray (Mary) and Ronald Ray (Linda) and companion Juanita Lewis; two nieces and a nephew.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 6:30 – 8:00pm at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, VA. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Gwynn's Island Cemetery.
