William Russell Wilburn

William Russell “Billy” Wilburn, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Billy was born July 19, 1949, to the late Everett and Hilda Wilburn. He served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Billy was a member of Lower Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department. In his spare time, Billy loved to hunt and fish. 

Billy is survived by his wife, Arlene Wilburn; daughter, Tanya Wilburn; son, Chris Wilburn; grandchildren, Jacob Huff and Lainey Rae Miltz; brother, Steve Wilburn; niece, Dawn Wilburn and fur babies, Bonnie and Clyde.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in his name to the Lower Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, 16881 General Puller Hwy, Deltaville, VA 23043.

Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda is assisting the family.
